O’Sole Mio remains a family company whose sole objective is to provide its customers with the freshest flavours of Italy. Our mission is to create ready-to-serve products that are 100 % fresh and made from the best ingredients. This is why Chef Alfredo selects all of his ingredients himself and prepares his recipes without any additives or preservatives. In fact, Alfredo Napolitano has accomplished quite a feat since he’s one of very few entrepreneurs to offer ready-to-serve products made from 100% fresh ingredients.

A gourmet chef known for his Italian cuisine; the freshest and highest quality ingredients, such as our semolina from Alberta, our fresh Canadian cheeses and our delicious hand-selected tomatoes imported from Italy; high-tech equipment and strict quality control—these are the factors that set O’Sole Mio apart from other makers of ready-to-serve products.

Our superior-class manufacturing plant located in Boisbriand (Quebec) uses the latest equipment, the best food production engineers, strict control measures and innovative production techniques that result in optimal quality products.

Our quality control

From preparing the ingredients to making our meals, every step in the production process is meticulously inspected and verified to ensure freshness, accuracy, and adherence to order delivery time frames. Moreover, in order to maintain the highest quality of our products and their processing, our manufacturing operations are strictly managed, quality controls are HACCP certified, and all our products are inspected by Agriculture Canada.

O' Sole Mio is a proud holder of the LEED Canada certification Certified for food processing plant of the Canada Green Building Council. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system that is recognized as the international mark of excellence for green building in 150 countries.

Donations to the St-Jean-Vianney Foundation

O'Sole Mio contributes financially to several projects that help the community. On May 27, the company had the pleasure to participate in the 8th edition of the lobster dinner at the Mirage Golf Club in Terrebonne organized by the St-Jean-Vianney Foundation. With its contribution, O'Sole Mio improves the lives of young college students and the region.
