Portobello mushrooms are blended with Ricotta & Parmigiano cheese, madera wine and a special blend of herbs & spices delivering the earthy, umami flavour only mushrooms can. The filling is rolled inside our Signature egg & semolina pasta delivering a fork tender manicotti.

Ingredients

Filling (ricotta cheese (whey, milk, bacterial culture, salt, citric acid), portobello mushroom, button mushrooms, spinach, toasted wheat crumbs, onion, garlic, canola oil, parmesan cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, microbial enzyme), salt, madera wine (sulphites), herbs, spices, dehydrated onion, sunflower oil, mushroom powder), Pasta (durum wheat semolina, water, liquid whole egg).

Allergens : Wheat, Milk, Egg.

Preparation

Microwave

In a microwaveable dish, put in manicotti and cover with your favorites O’Sole Mio sauce. Top with mozzarella and/or parmesan cheese. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Bake

Cover the bottom of an oven safe dish with your favourite O Sole Mio Sauce. Line up your manicotti and cover with more O Sole Mio Sauce. Top with mozzarella and/or parmesan cheese. Bake in a 400°F oven for 44 minutes. Timing is based on 10 frozen pieces and will need to be adjusted based on your quantity and temperatures.

Rationale

Program Caserole/Stuffed pasta au gratin.

Deep fry

Coat in a breading or batter and deep fry in 350ºF  oils for 3-4 minutes.

Handling instructions

Keep frozen for up 12 months and keep refrigerated once thawed. Use thawed product within 5 days.
